PTZ Cameras
The P2-R1N series packs capabilities usually found on higher-priced cameras into a compact PTZ body: large sensors, long-range motorised optics, AI tracking and FreeD tracking output.
Built for virtual production, broadcast and remote multi-camera capture, the P2-R1N combines a large sensor, phase-detection autofocus and tracking intelligence in a remotely operated PTZ body. Two zoom versions, 18x and 24x, cover everything from wide shots to the tight framing of large venues.
Z CAM P2-R1N 18x
- 18x optical zoom (≈ 36-648 mm, 35 mm equiv.)
- 1/1.3" CMOS sensor (the larger of the two)
- 4K UHD 60 fps · 1080p up to 120 fps
- Internal SD card recording (H.265 8-bit)
- NDI® HX3 via licence · 3G-SDI · HDMI 2.0 · USB-C · IP/PoE+
Leans towards image quality, sensitivity and rendering, thanks to the larger sensor.

- 24x optical zoom (≈ 32-768 mm, 35 mm equiv., slightly wider at the wide end)
- 1/1.5" CMOS sensor
- 4K UHD 60 fps · 1080p up to 120 fps
- Internal SD card recording (H.265 8-bit)
- NDI® HX3 via licence · 3G-SDI · HDMI 2.0 · USB-C · IP/PoE+
Leans towards distance, tight framing and large venues, thanks to the greater zoom range.

1/1.3" (18x) and 1/1.5" (24x) CMOS sensors, notably larger than those of typical PTZ cameras: controlled depth of field and stronger low-light performance.
Built-in FreeD
Real-time pan/tilt/zoom tracking data output for virtual production and AR/VR, with 0.01° motion precision. A feature often associated with much more expensive PTZ or broadcast systems.
AI Auto
AI-powered automatic framing and tracking: subject recognition, multi-target tracking and tracking zones, for well-framed shots without a dedicated operator.
NDI Bridge
NDI® HX3 compatibility via an upgrade licence (sold separately) for IP multi-camera integration and NDI bridging between remote networks; SRT, RTMP, RTSP and SSP streaming.
Iris Enabled
Remote control, management and monitoring of cameras via the Iris cloud platform, with no extra hardware.
Auto Focus
Phase-detection autofocus (PDAF): fast, accurate focusing that stays reliable on movement and dynamic tracking.
Broadcast integration
3G-SDI and HDMI 2.0 outputs, USB-C and IP/PoE+, plus Genlock, Tally and VISCA control (RS-422 and over IP) with a Web Client: direct integration into a control room.
Large sensors, PDAF autofocus, AI tracking and FreeD output: a feature set often associated with far more expensive cameras, here at a highly competitive price.
